She Makes Waves

A few years ago, I changed from a regular diet to a plant-based diet, a decision that has improved my well-being, helped the environment, and saved the lives of animals.  Here, you can find the story of how I decided to follow a plant-based diet and the answer to the most common question posed to me: what do I eat if I don’t eat meat or dairy?  I’m a regular, busy person cooking in my own kitchen.  I like to be creative, but my cooking is not too complex or time-consuming.  I’ll share some of my favorite recipes, and how eating a plant-based diet can make you feel better and healthier. Helping the earth and animals is an important added bonus!
